One of Albert and co's favourite  apples - but an unknown variety! We planted these trees in the late 1980s as Ball's Bittersweet, only for DNA identification in 2022 to reveal an astonishing truth - not only were they not Ball's Bittersweet, they have a completely unknown genetic profile! A unique mystery that fortunately for us is full of delicious flavour!
